To Make:
Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 8 oz of water over 1 TBS of loose tea. Cover. steep for 8-12 minutes, then strain. We love adding honey or agave to sweeten. Enjoy hot or cold! Goes great with a splash of almond milk! Alternatively, use a tea infuser too steep.
Notes: For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered).

Absolutely one of my favorite tea blends EVER!! I love the richness of the flavors and it tastes great with a splash of almond milk in it. The Awake blend is now part of my morning routine.

First of all, I loved the Awake Tea Blend!! I added a little local honey and it was perfect!! I'm trying to drink this instead of coffee and I'm loving it!
